- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Boy With a Brush. DESCRIPTION: This 12-year-old Chinese boy, Sow Seng Kuan, whose home is in Malaya, spends every spare moment painting. Already, he shows exceptional brilliance. Oldest in a family of five, he is the son of a shop-owner. And, apart from his painting, he is just an ordinary boy, brought up like any of the other boys with whom he attends the local school.
