Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Prince in Ghana. DESCRIPTION: Dr Nkrumah, Ghana’s Prime Minister, and the Governor General, Lord Listowel, offered the official welcome to Prince Philip when he arrived at Accra Airport. Night fell soon after the arrival, and a great gathering of Chiefs were present for the reception. Prince Philip was also to have less formal talks with many of the Ghanaians. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
