Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen’s Colour. DESCRIPTION: A ceremonial parade at the Arakan Barracks was one of Prince Philip’s engagements in Accra. Ghanaian chiefs were a colourful section of the gathering that saw the marching off of the old Colour.
