- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Pink Zone. DESCRIPTION: To deal with London’s traffic problems, the new Minister of Transport, Mr Marples, makes the experiment of the pink zone for December and part of January. The parking regulations are to be strictly enforced, but special parking places, outside the pink zone, are provided.
