Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Kuwait Gets Support. DESCRIPTION: Not for the first time, oil and the wealth it produces is the background to Middle East crisis. This time, Kuwait’s independence is threatened by Iraq, and Kuwait’s ruler asks for help. The Commando Carrier Bulwark, already in the area, was quickly on the spot, landing men of the Royal Marines.
