- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Scouts on Parade. DESCRIPTION: At the annual St George’s Day Parade of Queen’s Scouts at Windsor Castle, Her Majesty the Queen Mother graced the occasion and inspected the ranks of Scout Commissioners and Scouts, drawn up in the quadrangle. The Queen Mother had a special word with one of the handicapped scouts before she took the salute at the march past.
