MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: White Water Wins. DESCRIPTION: Nearly 90 competitors from Italy, West Germany and Austria battled against a torrent, swollen out of all proportions by heavy rainfall. Keeping vertical is only part of the problem, they have to get through the gates, poles hung vertically from wires across the water.
