Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Smash and Grab. DESCRIPTION: Couriers who guard money and valuables run a risk. A crook’s ambush technique takes now only a split-second. Guards’ hats made out of glass-fibre and a bag with telescopic arms and a handle which clamps onto the thief’s hand makes the getaway impossible. Attached also is a mechanism which sounds the alarm. SHOTLIST: Key scene. LS car along highway. MCU crooks wait in car. CU crook looks at watch. MS car round corner. MCU crook pulls cap down and walks off. MS car past camera. MS car through mirror of other car. MS car cuts other car up. (2 shots) crooks get out. (4 shots) fighting between men and crooks in car. MCU men fight for case. MS crook runs off with case and telescopic arms spring out from case. MLS other crooks get in car and drive off.
