- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Fit for a Soldier. DESCRIPTION: The new 2 million pound Chelsea Barracks look more like a block of luxury flats, and, arriving for a tour of inspection was the Secretary for War, Mr John Profumo. This glasshouse with a difference sets new standards of army comfort, and there are spring mattresses which help to give the place a feeling of home comfort. The menu has a much wider choice than ever before. Stationed there, at the moment, are the 2nd Battalion Coldstream Guards, 1st Battalion Grenadiers, and the regimental bands of the Irish and Welsh Guards. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
