Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Keep It White. DESCRIPTION: After its big clean-up, Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner is shining white. To keep it that way - and dissuade London’s pigeons from mucking it up again, a soft, plastic bird repellent is applied to give the birds that sinking feeling. SHOTLIST: MCU pigeons on pavement.
