Heinz 57 - Good on Food Not on Stage
- Synopsis
- Advertisement for Heinz Tomato Ketchup. A curtain with an image of the sauce label rises on the Heinz Theatre Company. A bottle of ketchup is adorned with a blond curly wig and a pink hat with a feather. Heinz (the actor) delivers the lines ‘parting is such sweet relish’, ‘Friends, Roman and condiments’, ‘Pickle on both your houses’ and ‘is this a French fry I see before me?' and ‘tomato or not...'. Between each delivery a voice yells ‘cut’ impatiently. The slogan ‘Heinz 57 - Good on Food, Not on Stage’ concludes the advertisement.
