Summary
Hamilcar glider, the largest wooden aircraft ever constructed, needs 4-engined bomber to tow it. Weighing over 16 tons nearly half its weight can consist of a cargo of heavy armoured vehicles or guns. As the glider comes to rest the nose door automatically opens and a Locust tank drives straight out without the use of a ramp. Typhoon rocket-firing aircraft. The eight rockets of the Typhoons speed towards the target at 1,000 mph and enemy transport by road, rail, sea and inland waterway is pounded relentlessly.
