Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Lord Mayor at Harrogate. SHOTLIST: The Lord Mayor arrives by train and a bouquet is presented to the Lady Mayoress. The mayor enters his coach and drives to the baths where he is to open the new extension. Inside the baths, Sir Frank is presented with a tank and then goes for walk in the grounds. Later at a childrens’ reception, he is handed a scroll by a little girl.
