MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mr Chamberlain’s Funeral. DESCRIPTION: The Funeral of Neville Chamberlain took place at Westminster Abbey. SHOTLIST: Shots of the Abbey and the Houses of Parliament flag at half mast. Personalities arrive and among them are Montague Norman, Mr Churchill, Lord Halifax, Mr Chamberlain’s son (?), Duke of Gloucester, Mrs Chamberlain, Lady Oxford and Asquith, Lord and Lady Simon and others. Filed with this story are shots of Mr C with Hitler arriving back from Munich. Leaving No 10 etc. In symposium form used in British reel.
