SHOTLIST: A Japanese cruiser is moored and the representatives come aboard and sign. Five members of the Thai delegation, headed by Prince Varnaidyakar Varavarn arrive by plane at Haneda where the negotiations are conducted by the Jap premier and Foreign Minister Yosuke Matsuoka.
