Summary
Pathe synopsis: Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, like all piers, has its faithful bunch of fishing enthusiasts. Here too, ideally situated for those fishermen who want to know their chances of landing a catch - or more likely where the fish have all gone to - is Madame Binney, clairvoyant and palmist. For Madame Binney has the power of controlling their fishing destiny. Although there is nothing strange about these powers, the secret lies in her spare-time hobby which happens to be fishing from a hole in the floor by her desk!
