- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Frozen dough has nothing to do with the credit squeeze when you find it in a bakery. Here, in East Finchley, is a firm which has pioneered the deep freezing of bread, cakes and even Swiss rolls. This process can keep the goods fresh for four or five months, although usually they are not left for more than a few days. When unfrozen they are bakery fresh.
