Summary
Pathe synopsis: Keep-fit exercises are easy enough, but the contortionist tricks demonstrated by members of the British Karate Federation are definitely not recommended. They enjoy this ancient Asian art even though it teaches a man to kill his opponent with one blow. It’s a shattering experience to watch them practising on a thick block of wood.
