MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Home Fleet. DESCRIPTION: The Royal Navy is always at the with its courage and efficiency. In co-operation with the RAF and the Fleet Air Arm they maintain their presence in all theatres of war. SHOTLIST: 1. Shots of aircraft being prepared for flight. Catapulted off. 2. Shots of Battleships at sea during firing exercises. 3. Shots of gun-fire and of low level attack by Spitfires and torpedo carrying aircraft in bombing attack on Battleship. 4. Shots alongside and long shots of "Duke of York". Battle-cruiser in heavy seas. Good sunset shot with aircraft carrier. 5. General rough weather. Scenes of Fleet, including shot of destroyer heave-to. 6. Frozen spray on guns and decks, etc.
