- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Trial of Eight Saboteurs. DESCRIPTION: At the Department of Justice in Washington eight saboteurs stand trial. SHOTLIST: The prisoners are taken to the Department of Justice Building in two vans. Among them are two American citizens. There is a shot of J Edgar Hoover. The spies are to be tried before a Military Commission of seven High Army Officers, who are: General Lewis, General Grant, General Henry, General Gasser, General Winship, General Kennedy, and Chairman of the Military Commission General McCoy. There are military officers as defence advocates. Attorney General Biddle has a photograph, identified by one of the FBI men. A shovel is verified by Army Judge Advocate, Major General Crummer.
