MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: RAF’s Daylight Attacks (Sweep Over France). DESCRIPTION: The daylight raids by "Bostons", "Mosquitos" and others, are on targets in the Low Countries and France. They concentrate on factories, airfields, rail junctions and the like. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS Mosquitos lined up on aerodrome. GV of Bostons lined up on aerodrome, WAAFS assist in preparing for raid. Bostons engines running. Mosquitos with engines running. Aerial shot of Mitchells in formation (LS). Bombs drop from Mitchells. GS of clouds (4ft in cut story only). Aerial shots of France "Rocket Coast" (Must not be named as suck). Various explosions. Mitchells in the air, more explosions. Mosquitos low over land, & shot from plane of low flying, over sea. Shot from rear of plane, coast falling away from camera. Aerial shots of explosions caused by planes.
