MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Five Power Conference Opens. DESCRIPTION: Lancaster House was the venue for the Council of Foreign Ministers. Ernest Bevin led the British delegates, James Byrnes the American. Mr Molotov was Russia’s representative, France and China being represented by Georges Bidault and Dr Wellington Koo respectively. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Lancaster House, GV Lancaster House.
