MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Henley Again. DESCRIPTION: Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret followed some of the races at Henley from a launch. The Grand Challenge Cup was won by Leander and Sephariades of France won the Diamond Sculls. SHOTLIST: KS Elevated shot escort and royal launch coming up river into camera. Crowds on banks of river and standing in punts. Various shots of types, fashions on banks, men and women, including old boys. Leander and Zurich, the Grand Challenge Cup finalists, escort Princess Elizabeth’s launch Enchantress up river. Shots of Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret taken on launch, cut-in crowds on bank as seen from launch. Princesses alight from launch. Start of Grand Challenge Cup, LS coming into camera and finish, crowds applaud after finish. Diamond Sculls in progress and finish, M Sephariades winning from American Kelly. Shot of Frenchman laying flat in skiff, fainted. Princess Elizabeth aboard launch again, following Princess Elizabeth Cup race, shot from banks Bedford one length ahead of Radley at finish, Radley 2nd having caught a crab. Princess Elizabeth presents the Grand Challenge & Princess Elizabeth Cups.
