MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Manchester November Handicap. DESCRIPTION: The Manchester November Handicap was held in damp and gloomy weather, but produced a nice win for some when ‘Regret’ came in at 66-1. SHOTLIST: KS GV (raining) of crowds. Various shots of the course shows crowds standing about in the rain. Cut-ins of bookies, tic-tack men, number board. Parade of horses. Horses at the start. Start of the race. Pan as horses round bend into camera. Panning shot of horses Regret No 42 taking the lead and passing winning post, wins by 3/4 length. CU horse led in by it’s owner.
