DESCRIPTION: Both Mr Attlee and Mr Churchill spoke at the ceremony of laying of the foundation stone for the new House of Commons. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS GV Houses of Parliament from south side, River Thames in fore. Procession walk out of House into grounds. MS Attlee speaking about ruined Chamber and Hitler. LIBRARY MATERIAL - Several panning shots of ruined Chamber. SCU Attlee speaking, Herbert Morrison behind him on platform. MS Churchill addressing and SCU of him while speaking about the ruined House of Commons. MS foundation stone. MS Mr Clifton-Brown laying stone, tapping same with mallet.
