Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Boxing - Famechon V Clayton, and One Round Walls Does It Again. DESCRIPTION: FAMECHON TOO GOOD FOR CLAYTON - At Belle Vue, Manchester, Ray Famechon (the holder), outpointed Ronnie Clayton in their 15 round European Featherweight Title bout. ONE ROUND WALLS DOES IT AGAIN - On the same evening, Earl Walls, a Canadian Heavyweight of Cherokee Indian extraction, knocked out Albert Coulbaly in the first round. SHOTLIST: KS. MS boxing in ring. Famechon & Clayton enter ring. Various shots of the two boxing closely contested match. Famechon gets Clayton on ropes. At finish referee paused before giving decision to Famechon, who shakes with Clayton. Sub title KS. MS boxing in ring. Earl Walls with head covered with towel sits in corner. Albert Coulbaly in opposite ring. Various shots of the fight & Walls absolutely massacres his opponent. Walls knocks him down & although he tries to rise, cannot. Walls wins fight by knock-out in first round.
