Trumpeters - MS - on turrets playing (silent). Panning shot - Sir Gordon MacMillan, new Governor walks onto esplanade. GV of general salute onto esplanade. GV of general salute by troops. Crowds seated around parade ground. CU Sir Gordon saluting. Lord Lyon King of Arms - back view - reading Royal Commission. Lord Lyon hits on door of Castle, door opened. Lyon walks away, into camera.
