- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Queen Mother Presents ‘Queens’ Colour to Navy - Plymouth. DESCRIPTION: At the Royal Naval Barracks, Devonport - a special ceremonial parade by the Plymouth Naval Command. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother came to present a new Queen’s Colour - a silk White Ensign bearing the cipher of the Sovereign. SHOTLIST: Cut story - LS Navy on parade.
