Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Upset at Four-Power Conference. DESCRIPTION: At American HQ in Berlin, delegates met for the Four-Power Air-Safety talks, but the Russians expressly stated that they were not to be photographed. One German cameraman who disobeyed was promptly tackled. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Crowds gathering. Cars drive up to the above, crowds outside. Cameramen try & take photos of the Russian delegates arrival. American Army Police intervene, quite a scuffle. Cameramen nearly strangled in scrap.
