Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Parking Problems. DESCRIPTION: You can now park your car with only a foot to spare, thanks to the Slider - a remarkable British invention. Tow jacks with rubber rollers, hydraulically operated. Lower them into contact with the rear tyres - engage gear and the rollers bring the tail of the car neatly into the kerb. SHOTLIST: GV cars parked head to tail. LS small car decides not to use parking space, large car draws in. Closer shot near wheels of car swing in by mechanism. MS wheels swing out from kerb. CU parking mechanism . Top shot car swings in. Closer swing out. MS car draws into kerb. MS car at angle to kerb. MS car parallel to kerb. CU rear of car swinging out from kerb. MS car backing away.
