- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Topping Out Ceremony. DESCRIPTION: A new building in Paddington, London claims to be the tallest office block in Britain. As part of the topping out ceremony, the Chairman of the company concerned, Sir Andrew McTaggart, went up 205 feet, sitting in the cab of the crane. The men who’d built the building, each had a pound note and a bottle of beer. A good old English custom, topping out. SHOTLIST: Pan up building. CU chairman climbing. GV London. Same.
