MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Prince at the Fair. DESCRIPTION: On his arrival at Brussels, Prince Philip was welcomed by Prince Albert of Belgium. He had flown across to look over the British Pavilions at the great Brussels Exhibition. Not long after his arrival, His Royal Highness made a tour of the halls.
