MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Trees Take a Trip. DESCRIPTION: These lime-trees being transported to a new site near St Paul’s, are already nearly fully grown. They’ve come from Ashford in Middlesex. The Lord Mayor, Sir Ralph Perring and Mr Duncan Sandys, were present as the limes were installed in their new home. SHOTLIST: Key scene. GV Big Ben pan to lime trees on truck. Tree on truck (2 shots). GV Nelson’s Column. GV St Paul’s and pan to trees arriving. MS the Lord Mayor Sir Ralph Perring looks at trees. CU the Lord Mayor. GV tree. Tree into position (3 shots).
