MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The End of His Tether!. DESCRIPTION: You’d have thought water skiing was uplifting enough, but it’s very down-to-earth stuff compared with water-chuting. To get up there and float, you need a 40 mile an hour speed boat, 140 yards of cable and the specially designed parachute. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS crowds and man with parachute. MCU competitors fix parachutes. MS competitor takes off and goes in water, another competitor prepares (2 shots). MLS boat. GV competitor takes off. Same in flight (2 shots). MS competitor into water and out. MLS competitor in flight.
