- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Oil Makes Troubled Waters. DESCRIPTION: Over fifteen swans are thought to have died on the River Soar, near Leicester, due to oil pollution. Under the command of Chief Inspector Robert Hawwell, the RSPCA laid on an emergency Operation Swan Upping, to save those in danger of the same fate. SHOTLIST: Key scene. GV swans in water.
