Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tribute to a Spaceman. DESCRIPTION: Russia pays tribute to Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space. The funeral in Moscow, is attended by thousands of mourners including Government and Military Leaders. After the funeral procession, the ashes are laid to rest in the Kremlin Wall, beside those of Vladimir Seregin, who died with him on the fatal test flight.
