- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: 1968’s Fantastic Derby News in Colour. DESCRIPTION: Lester Piggott and Sir Ivor - one of the most amazing combinations to win the Derby. After leaving his finishing burst surprisingly late, Lester masterminds his win in true Champion style. But it’s Sir Ivor who carries him through to beat Connaught in an incredible burst of speed almost as if he’d sprouted wings. SHOTLIST: Zoom out girl dancing in fun-fair (belly dancing) at Epsom.
