MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Otters. DESCRIPTION: Apollo and Lunik are the names of two otters from Canada, who have just taken possession of their specially-designed enclosure at London Zoo. They waste no time in making themselves at home. Five more Otters are even more at home on Dartmoor. Vivien Taylor who brought these otters from Malaya is getting them accustomed to human company for a film to be made about a family keeping them as pets. David Rook is writing the book on which the film is based, and spends a good deal of time watching their behaviour. They have already settled down quite happily with the cat, and playing together make some of the most unusual pictures ever filmed! SHOTLIST: MS 2 otters run behind pool, small waterfall and bush pan to otter jumping into tank.
