Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Chimp’s Tea Party. DESCRIPTION: Joining the tea set - Emmy and Tess, London Zoo’s three year old chimpanzees. It’s their first year as members of the exclusive Chimps Tea Party and they’re getting a lesson in table manners from veteran chimps Primrose and Al. Trying to keep order - Head Keeper Harry Dean. SHOTLIST: SV press photographers, pan to chimps at table. SCU pan from right to left Emmy, Tess, Al, Primrose eating from bowls. CU Emmy and Tess eating. SV children look on. TV chimps at table. SCU ditto. CU Emmy pan to Tess. SCU Primrose eating with hands from bucket. SV children. SV pan to and fro, keeper tries to throw a shawl onto Primrose. SV children laugh. SV keeper pours fruit juice from teapot into Primrose’s mouth. SCU small girl looks on. SV chimps at table.
