Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: German Male Fashions. DESCRIPTION: A look at the male fashion trends in Germany proves quite an eye-opener. Coats and suits borrow a few ideas from feminine couture but it doesn’t go as far as Unisex. Designs includes, stripes, checks and herringbone. SHOTLIST: MV male models walk along balcony towards in check suit with belted jacket. BV rear of coat & trousers pan down to coat, wide trouser bottoms formed like spats (flares). CU jacket pocket unbuttoned. GV interior model in suit with wide lapels walks towards through salon, turns (2 shots). MV member of audience examines smoking jacket worn by model. GV female members of audience. MV male model in maxi length overcoat, carrying hat walks towards through salon. GV audience applaud.
