DESCRIPTION: The Prime Minister, Mr Edward Heath, arrives in New Delhi for a three day visit on his way to the vital Commonwealth Heads of Government Conference in Singapore. India’s Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi, meets him at the airport before a private session for talks on world affairs. During his stay, Mr Heath lays a wreath on the tomb of Mahatma Gandhi.
