- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Electric Car. DESCRIPTION: ‘Baby Zeta’ a unique electric car which runs on the ‘juice’ from six ‘12 volt’ batteries, linked to a heavy duty electric motor. SHOTLIST: GV pan street traffic pan along with electric powered Triumph Herald. CU owner driving pan to dashboard (Peter Dunbar). CU 2 shots dashboard showing voltage meter. SV dashboard pan to hole where gear stick used to be. SCU man’s foot on controls. Travel shot man in car pan to petrol garage. SV man’s reflection in mirror. SV pan man drives off road towards his private home garage. SV pan man drives up & stops car. SCU bonnet is lifted to show batteries. CU gear box cowling is removed to show electric motor. CU man. CU batteries are checked. SV batteries and terminals etc. SV pan man plugs in device for charging batteries into socket beneath dashboard. CU as he plugs it in. CU man adjusts voltage meter. CU dial. SV charging apparatus pan to discarded petrol engine.
