MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Olympic Preparations. DESCRIPTION: Munich prepares for the 1972 Olympic Games, not only new buildings, but souvenirs too, of the forthcoming event. SHOTLIST: Aerial shot - pan from tower across to new Olympic stadium under construction. AV pull back new buildings. MS man in bed covered with Olympic blanket, he wakes up and reaches out for giant alarm clock (with Olympic symbol on face). MCU he switches off alarm. MS man shaving (electric) Olympic towel round his shoulders, Olympic symbol on door and on his vest reflected in mirror. CU he pulls on Olympic socks. MS family sitting down to breakfast. MCU breakfast table with Olympic symbol on various containers. MS 2 boys wearing Olympic T-shirts. MS father wearing Olympic T-shirt, Olympic flag on table. CU packet of Olympic cereal being opened and poured out. CU girl eating chocolate biscuit (with Olympic logo). CU man picks up Olympic matches from Olympic ash tray. MS he strikes match.
