Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Men’s Fashions. DESCRIPTION: The annual convention of the Menswear Association of Britain at Harrogate. SHOTLIST: GV exterior, model towards camera dressed in casual outfit, also wearing a cap. SV exterior another model wearing suit (3 piece). 3 SVs model by car studying map wearing casual jacket etc, model walking about wearing dinner suit including bow tie. SV model in street wearing casual gear walks up to another model also wearing casual gear as they shake hands. 2 CUs models’ faces, wearing caps. model dressed in chequered jumper V neck and an open neck shirt. 4 SVs models on steps of building, dummies dressed in suits in exhibition hall, kiddies caps on display. SV stage made to represent a railway station, two male models onto stage both dressed in casual outfits - safari type jacket. Man dressed in suit with bow tie, girl in back ground. AS pan another model walks along stage past girl, SV girl by model dressed in suit and hat. SV model dressed in casual gear slowly along stage, girl walks up to him. SV exterior model & girl walking hand in hand along street, model dressed in suit, they both turn and kiss.
