- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Christmas Cheeses. DESCRIPTION: Three hundred years ago the Governor of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea ordered that the pensioners by supplied with cheese and the Cheese Ceremony has been enacted ever since. Nine varieties of English Cheeses are presented to the Hospital and using a sword Pensioner John Creber cuts the first wedge.
