- Summary
- COI synopsis: Pollution can suffocate the seas, drown the land and stifle the atmosphere. And less obvious but equally insidious forms of pollution make similar inroads into our existence. It’s an invasion that British scientists are trying to combat. "Sorry, I’ve dialled the wrong number". "Whoops, another typing error". Is it the stuffy atmosphere in some offices that causes people to make mistakes? A British scientist is convinced that the cause is a lack of electrically negative ions in the atmosphere and he has collected evidence to support his claim.
