- Summary
- COI synopsis: Water means life for myriads of creatures. It means life and danger for man. This programme examines how we can keep a check on the under-water world: and safely explore it at the same time. Surfacing too fast from deep water can kill even the most experienced diver, but this risk can be eliminated by a new back-pack. It works like a submarine; taking in water for weight, expelling it for lift. Automatically, a diver can ascend, descend - even hover. It will also cope with emergencies - making diving a lot safer for both professional and novice.
