British Pathe synopsis: Introductory intertitle reads: "And a really new kind of "necking" - to be precise a novel German "head boat." M/S of a strange looking contraption. Man puts it over a woman’s head, she puts her arms through straps. She steps into the water. "Once on the go - you can’t stop going!" Woman turns handle on the front of the device and it moves her through the water. Various shots of her operating this invention! Neckar River - Germany.
