- Summary
- COI synopsis: Defences against the sea - seawalls and harbours, are very expensive and laborious to build. This floating breakwater, simply a flat plastic float fifty feet long with a stablizing outrigger, rides the waves and tames their strength. It can be towed to wherever a temporary sea-defence is needed.
