MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Teruel Destroyed in Spanish Civil War. SHOTLIST: Fugitives from the war-stricken area around Puerto Escandon have been drawn together in Teruel, to be transported from here to Valencia. Republican troops which has occupies the Capital are now quartered at Teruel, where the attacked Franco Troops, who still showed resistance in several parts of the City. A modern Viaduct is one of the entrances to the City. Tanks in the streets and on their way to Battle. Truck in front of the HQ of Falangists, which formed one of the main centers of resistance. Wounded and dead scattered between barricades. Governor-General of Saragon, Sr. Mantecon with Ex-minister Julioo Just who was largely responsible for activities here. The last strongholds of the Francoists are shelled and bombarded with hand-grenades.
